The nature and purpose of PYBOSSA is to promote our open technology Pybossa and our consultancy services.

What is personal information?

Automatic collection of information

PYBOSSA does not require you to use your legal names but you must use a valid email address.

PYBOSSA gets non-personally-identifying information via Hotjar, Google Analytics, Google Analytics Demographics and Interest Reporting like aggregated data of browser type, language preference, referring site, and the time of each visit, age, gender, or interests.

Use of information

PYBOSSA uses the information collected to better understand how visitors use PYBOSSA and, where possible, to improve their experience.

Access to information by Third Parties

PYBOSSA will not sell your personal information to third parties without your prior consent. PYBOSSA may disclose your personal information as required by law when PYBOSSA believes that disclosure is necessary to protect our rights, and/or to comply with a judicial proceeding, court order or legal process.
